1. Information Collection and Use.  In order to offer certain features on this website, LTAS (Let’s Talk About Success) collects and maintains certain information provided by its users.  LTAS is the sole owner of the information received on this site.  LTAS will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.  LTAS will release information as required by legitimate legal proceedings or under a court order issued by a court of competent jurisdiction.

2. Registration and Ordering.  In order to use certain areas of this website or to take advantage of special promotions, a user may have to register. During registration a user is required to give their contact information, such as name and email address.  LTAS may use this information to contact users about the services on this site for which they have expressed interest and to allow LTAS to determine what services are most useful to it’s customers.  LTAS will provide information to such third parties only if you indicate your desire to use them by clicking on the appropriate box, menu item, or link.

3. Cookies.  LTAS developed features do not use cookies. However, some of its’ business partners may use cookies through the site (for example, news content providers or third party service providers).  A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user that can improve the user’s use of a website.  Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site.  LTAS have no access to or control over cookies placed or stored on the user’s hard drive.

4. Sharing.  LTAS will not share or sell user information with any outside parties inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.  In order to provide better service and features, LTAS may share aggregated demographic information with it’s partners and advertisers.  Demographic information is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

5. Links.  This website contains links to other sites.  Please be aware that LTAS is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites.  LTAS encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information.  This privacy statement applies solely to information collected and disseminated by this website.

6. Security.  This website takes every precaution to protect its’ users information.  When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line.   All of LTAS users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in the office.

7. Special Offers.  Users will receive information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter.  Out of respect for the privacy of the users, LTAS present the option not to receive these types of communications.  Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter, special offers or materials from our partners, may opt-out at any time by clicking on the link in the bottom of any of the emails sent.

8. Correction/Updating Personal Information.  All changes to a user’s personal identifiable information (such as a change of email address) by clicking on the link in the bottom of any of the emails sent.

9. Notification of Changes.  Any changes to the LTAS Privacy Statement will be effective as of the date of their posting on this website.  If my policy changes, such changes will not be retroactive to users who have already provided me with information.
